Kriti cleared all levels of Chartered Accountancy in her first attempt in 2011. She worked as an Audit Specialist in the Internal Audit Department of Reliance Vision Express for over 2 years and is a Consultant for IT and Forensic Audits at Thynkfinn Solutions LLP. Kriti was also the COO and Senior Trainer at Samvit Academy (CA Coaching). She has been teaching Economics for CA Foundation students and Costing for IPCC for over 11 years now.

Being the Operations Head at Advait Center for Learning, she has brought in positive changes with her multifarious initiatives – most important being the implementation of a weekly assessment mechanism for students, regular Feedback for faculty, and a Mentorship Program for students for their holistic development.

Kriti is fondly known as “The Cost Alchemist” by her students and is the proud author to LMRC – Last Minute Revision Chartbook which is a one-stop solution to all concepts to be revised in entirety just one day before the exam. LMRC has got rave reviews for its content and the best part is that it is handmade. Kriti is a very good faculty and has got excellent reviews for her practical yet fun approach to teaching. Her unorthodox form of pedagogy interspersing fun games for conceptual clarity has made her a favorite among students. She is also Advait Learning’s in-house Interior Designer and Creative Head. Our classrooms and study rooms have all been designed by Kriti using a pinch of her creativity and style.

Punarvas cleared the much sought after Chartered Accountancy course in 2012 in his first attempt. He has worked on several large corporate clients like Infosys, MetLife, ING, etc and has also handled litigation at various appellate levels for a large number of clients. Passionate about teaching, his tryst with teaching started as soon as he cleared CPT and he has handled Mercantile Law, Auditing and Assurance, and Corporate Law in CPT, CS Foundation, IPCC, CS Inter, and CA Final levels for students pursuing CA and CS courses in Bangalore. Punarvas was the founder of Samvit Academy which excelled in giving quality education in the field of Commerce.

He is a consultant for Corporate Law in Bangalore and a member of the Board of Studies for graduate and post-graduate courses at Mlac Autonomous College, CMR and other colleges in Bangalore. Faculty at the Bangalore Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for Mercantile Law, Corporate Law, Auditing, IBS and Direct Taxes at the Foundation, Intermediate, and Final levels. He has taught over 1,00,000+ CA students.

Punarvas is fondly known as the “The Bare Act Decoder” by his students because of his phenomenal quality of interlinking various sections of the Bare Act. The Chart Master that he is, has curated handcrafted coloured charts for his students which help in retention of Various Concepts.

He is also a regular guest speaker for ICAI CPE Seminars on Corporate Law at the Bangalore, Ernakulam, Kollam, Thrissur and Mangalore branches of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Punarvas is also a Corporate law and Direct taxes Consultant at Thynkfinn Solutions LLP and heads the UAE direct taxes vertical at BN Corp.
